Enterprise Agreement Sales Support Analyst, Bids & Proposals

Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for an Enterprise Agreement Sales Support Analyst to join our Bids & Proposals Department.

Reporting to the Director, National Proposals & Reg Admin, this role provides advanced operational and analytical support to the sales organization in the management of Enterprise Agreements (EAs). This role is responsible for coordinating complex EA activities, supporting sales strategy through data analysis and insights, and improving processes and tools that enable consistent, compliant, and effective EA execution across the organization.

This role is fully remote within Canada.

 A Day in the Life of an Enterprise Agreement Sales Support Analyst at Esri Canada:

  • Independently manage complex Enterprise Agreement (EA) activities, including review and validation of submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal standards and requirements.
  • Partner with sales teams to support the structuring and negotiation of EAs by providing analysis, financial modeling, and guidance on licensing and commercial considerations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance EA tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights on pipeline, renewals, and agreement performance.
  • Analyze EA data, including licensing utilization, financial summaries, and trends, to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support sales decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for EA processes, responding to inquiries and supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer for sales team members.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Customer Operations, Finance) and external partners (e.g., Esri Inc.) to resolve complex issues related to EA submissions, fulfilment, and compliance.
  • Identify and lead improvements to EA processes, documentation, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of sales operations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of best practice documentation and contribute to standardization across EA-related activities.

What you bring to the team:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, geography, information systems, or related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, contract management, sales support, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, with hands-on experience using Salesforce for data management, reporting, and sales process support.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high level of accountability, managing competing priorities and delivering results within defined timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under time constraints, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex licensing, financial, and contractual information and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, including explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes within a defined scope of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English / French) is considered an asset.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

At Esri Canada, we are committed to fair and competitive compensation. This role offers a base salary range of $86,900 to $103,200 annually, determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
